Join the classroom through Laptop,Desktop (with windows or Ubuntu), Macbook and phones with android version 7.1 and above.
Prerequisite: Updated chrome browser should be used.Microphone and camera access should be allowed ( If you have any difficulty in setting, login to www.zoom.us, sign in, it will ask camera and audio access. Once set the access, log out)

Caution:- Honor/huawei phone does not support google chrome.
Laptop/ Desktop- download chrome from https://www.google.com/chrome/. For mobile phones, install from play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome&hl

Steps to be followed.
1.Click www.appscook.com
2.Click ‘join appscook Classroom’ at right top corner.
3.Enter your school registered mobile number as your username
4.You will receive an OTP to the school registered mobile number.
5.Click continue.
6.If your number is same as registered in school, your school name will appear
A)If the school name does not appear, contact school for number correction.
7.Select the school.
8.Enter the OTP (6 digit) in the password column.
A).This 6 digit number will be your password for future.
B). If you forgot the password, Click ‘forgot password’.
C). Passwords will be sent to school registered mobile numbers only.
9.Click login
10.Student page opens. Here you can select the students.
A). If the student details are incomplete or wrong, the details are mapped wrongly. Contact school for correction.
11.Select the student to enter the classroom.
12.Click ‘Join Classroom’. You are entering the online classroom. If classes are not running, you can see ‘Classes not started’.
13.Use the back button to return.

Join the classroom through Windows 10 application
Prerequisite: Processor above 2.0 GHZ and 4 GB ram
Option:- Recommended
Caution:- 450 mb storage space should be kept free before starting the download and installation

Steps to download Appscook Classroom windows 10 desktop app
1.Go to www.appscook.com
2.Click on download windows 10 desktop app icon
3.Start downloading by clicking on Download
4.Go to Downloads
5.You can see a zip file named appscook classroom installer.Right click and extract the files
6.You will see a setup.exe file after extracting;click on that setup.exe file
7.*Now you can see a dialog box with Appscook classroom setup.click on INSTALL
8.*A dialog box with the name Microsoft visual C++ (library component)will ask you the permission to get installed.
9.*Check the box ‘I agree to the licence terms and conditions’ at the bottom left corner.
10.A dialog box will appear asking you ‘whether do you want to allow this app to make changes on your device’ Click
on yes 11.Wait till the set up gets progressed and completed
12.Log in pagenof App will be opened automatically
13.Enter the registered number and password
14.select school
15.Select the student
16.A dialog box will pop up asking ‘ready to connect to the video’ ...click yes
17.Enjoy the classes
*for some users visual C++ libraries will be already installed by default and may not be required to download..(Steps 7, 8 & 9)
Also these are the steps being followed by 90% of the windows 10 users.Exceptions are always there and we regret for that.

Join the classroom through Android phones

Steps to be followed.
1.Select play store on your mobile.
2. Search for Appscook parent
3. Install Appscook parent app from Play store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appscook.parentconnect.app.android.appscookp
4. Open the Appscook parent app
5. Enter your school registered mobile number as your username
6.You will receive an OTP to the school registered mobile number.
7. Click continue.
